The thermostat has a built-in air temperature sensor and the ability to connect an external floor temperature sensor.
It can work only with an air sensor, or only with a floor sensor, or with two sensors at the same time, and the floor sensor is then a sensor protecting the system against overheating (two sensors are used in underfloor heating, especially with wooden cladding).
