Kaler KAL-60-1 single track queuing system

The KAL-60 queue machine, also called a ticket machine, is the main element of the queue system. This is where customers/petitioners come across first. There are buttons on the top of the device that activate ticket printing. It is possible to limit the number of tickets for a given path, e.g. for path A, a maximum of 30 people can be admitted on one day. After setting the limit and printing 30 tickets, i.e. 30 people waiting in the queue, the queue machine will not print another ticket. This will make it easier to manage the service time for one customer/petitioner, without having to worry whether everyone will be received/served that day. Additionally, it is possible to insert a logo in the content of the ticket, i.e. the content of the ticket can be freely personalized. The installed printer prints using thermal technology, which means you don't have to worry about ink, the paper width is 56 mm and it is paper used in cash registers, which makes it easily available on the market.

KAL-60T - Queue keyboard

The keyboard with wireless communication has a number of buttons and a display that shows the number of people waiting for service. They are summoned by pressing one button. This signal can go to one or more boards. Additionally, it is possible to operate one track from several keyboards, e.g. track A is operated in a room where there are three workstations dealing with the same matters (e.g. car registration). Each additional keyboard can be described as a station and when called, an appropriate message about the downloaded number and the station by which this number will be serviced will be displayed and broadcast.

KAL-60D - Queue LED display

The KAL-60D wireless communication board is most often mounted above the service station. Displays the theme track designation and the number of the person in the queue. Changing the number is accompanied by a sound and voice announcement. The high-contrast display is readable from a distance. It is possible to install an additional "collective" display that will hang above the corridor and display and broadcast notifications from several stations or several paths.
