2. individually developed smart home projects, technical solutions, and design works;
3. services or parts of services that have been fully or partially performed with the customer’s prior consent during the withdrawal period.
If a project or service has been started with the customer’s consent but not fully completed, the customer may be charged for the actually performed work.
10. Warranty and Liability
Products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
