Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

In accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The returned product must be:

1. in complete set;

2. in its original, undamaged packaging;

3. without signs of use or damage.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, the Company has the right to refuse to accept the return or to refuse a refund.


Return Procedure

The return of goods is carried out at the customer’s expense. The Company does not cover costs related to returning the product.

By prior arrangement, the customer may return the product in person at the following address:
Mūkusalas iela 47, Riga.

Before returning a product, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to agree on the return procedure.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt of the returned product and verification of its compliance with the return conditions.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.


Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for 24 months (2 years), unless otherwise specified by applicable laws or the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

In the event of a warranty claim, the product may be submitted for technical inspection and repair. The evaluation of the product is carried out within up to 14 days from the date the product is received.


Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

1. normal wear and tear;

2. improper use, mechanical damage, breakage, compression, cutting, or other external impact;

3. improper installation, connection, or operation;

4. modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.

The warranty generally does not apply or is limited with respect to consumable products and materials, including but not limited to:

1. cables and wiring products;

2. connectors, adapters, and plugs;

3. batteries, accumulators, and power supply elements;

4. other products that may be damaged during use or installation.

In such cases, the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that existed at the time of purchase.
