The FNIRSI FDM01 is a compact decibel meter that combines the function of measuring noise in the range of 30-130 dB with simultaneous monitoring of temperature and humidity. The device features a sensitive condenser microphone, a 2.3″ VA color display with backlight, and a rechargeable lithium battery (600 mAh) charged via USB-C. With its fast response time, MIN/AVG/MAX measurement modes, light alarm, and two detection modes (FAST/SLOW), the FDM01 FNIRSI will prove useful in the office, construction site, transportation, production rooms, and public spaces.
Precision measurement microphone
The 6mm condenser microphone used is characterized by high sensitivity and fast response time. The use of nickel-plated steel, a three-layer conductive structure and silicone seals effectively isolates interference and ensures reliable results even with sudden volume spikes. The FNIRSI FDM01 decibel meter allows you to choose between fast (1 sec) and slow (1.25 sec) measurement modes. This allows you to choose how to record data for dynamically changing conditions or to get a more stable result for fixed noise sources.
Measurement in A-weighting mode
The device uses the A-weighting characteristic, which corresponds to the human ear's sensitivity to different frequencies. The measurement is made in the range of 31.5 Hz - 8.5 kHz, making it possible to reliably assess environmental noise levels according to standards.
Light alarm and value lock
The FDM01 indicates when the set sound threshold is exceeded via a red alarm light. It is also possible to display only the minimum, average or maximum value, making it easier to document the results. The "HOLD" function allows you to keep the current reading on the screen.
Easy-to-read screen and durable housing
The 2.3-inch VA display clearly presents all data even in bright environments. ABS plastic housing and silicone buttons enhance the device's durability in field and industrial conditions. The soft wind shield design reduces the impact of ambient noise on the measurement. A 600 mAh lithium battery eliminates the need for batteries.
