Akuvox activation of one additional family member for Akuvox devices purchased from Genway and registered in the Genway cloud
By default, Akuvox Cloud allows you to receive calls on 4 smartphones. An additional (another) family member requires activation. The fee covers the activation of an additional (one) family member within one single-family building/apartment.

By default, Akuvox Cloud allows you to receive calls on 4 smartphones. An additional (another) family member requires activation. The fee includes activation of the additional one(one)family member (additional application) within one single-family building/apartment. The limit of family members within one apartment/single-family building is 20 (4 basic + 16 additional).
Activation available only for Akuvox devices purchased from Genway and registered in the Genway cloud.
After purchasing activation, please write toakuvox@genway.pla message containing the e-mail address of an additional family member and the e-mail address of the main user under whom the single-family building (apartment) was registered.
If you have a Cloud Installer account, you must provide the account login instead of the main user's email address.

Please add an additional family member with the email address:jan.smith@domena.pl, my building(apartment)stayed(o)registered(e) at e-mail address:piotr.kowalski@domena.pl.
After adding and activating a new (additional) family member, login details in the SmartPlus application will be sent to the indicated e-mail address.
