POWER CONNECTOR SPLITTER LZ-1/PLUG

The device is ideal for connecting a power supply with a 2.1/5.5mm plug to YAP75 cables that power cameras. The YAP75-0.59/3.7+2x0.5 CCTV cable has 2 wires of 0.5 mm2 each. Theoretical resistance is 3.4Ω/100m. The cable manufacturer specifies 5.5Ω/100m. By powering the camera with 12V using the YAP75 cable and assuming a voltage drop to 11V, the power can be transmitted over the distances given below.

• for 250mA drawn by the camera, the voltage will drop to 11V after 58 meters
• for 750mA drawn by the camera with thermostat, the voltage will drop to 11V after 28 meters

These are the maximum distances at which we can power 12V cameras using the YAP-75-0.59/3.7+2x0.5 cable. The housing allows it to be mounted using screws or a clamp to a mast or wall (the clamp and screws are not included in the set). For more than 8 receivers, you can connect the receivers in parallel on the same terminal.
