ℹ️ Basics of the ZigBee Protocol:

The ZigBee protocol operates on the well-propagating2.4 GHzfrequency, ideal for indoor use.

ZigBee uses a MESH connection, meaningeach ZigBee device with full power (L+N) acts as a signal repeaterfor others.If a distant sensor cannot reach the gateway directly, it can connect through another powered ZigBee device(up to 3 devices in chain). This ensures reliability and stable connections.

ZigBee devicescommunicate with the hub in 0.2 secondsafter state changes, while WiFi requires about 5 seconds. This gives ZigBee a huge advantage for smart automation.
