The Uni-T UT17B MAX is an enhanced version of the True RMS series multimeter, which, in addition to a wide range of basic measurements, also offers a temperature measurement function. The device measures DC and AC voltage up to 1000 V, DC and AC current up to 10 A, resistance up to 60.00 MΩ, capacitance up to 6000 µF, and frequency up to 10 MHz. With a temperature range from -55°C to 500°C, this model is better suited for a wider variety of service and diagnostic applications.

Like the UT15B MAX, the UT17B MAX is equipped with a display with a maximum reading of 6000, as well as continuity and diode test functions, Data Hold, MAX/MIN, and relative mode. Adjustable backlight, automatic and manual range switching, auto-off, and wake-up with any button enhance the convenience of daily use. As a result, the device performs well in both basic and more demanding measurements.
