The comprehensive IMOU Home-Alarm-Kit-11-Ranger-2C alarm system combines the ZG2 smart gateway, motion and door/window sensors, remote controls, a siren with a volume of up to 100 dB, and the 3 MP Ranger 2C camera to create a cohesive home security ecosystem. Zigbee and Wi-Fi connectivity, a sensor range of up to 200 m in open space, and up to 2 years of battery life make the system reliable and convenient for everyday use. Integration with the app enables full control, instant notifications, and security management from anywhere.

Smart Control Center – ZG2 Gateway

The ZG2 gateway serves as the central hub of the entire system, allowing you to add, manage, and control Zigbee devices. It transmits all alarm events to the Imou cloud and directly to the user’s app, giving you a constant overview of the situation at home. It supports up to 16 slave devices and allows you to quickly arm or disarm the system with a single button. It features a clear LED indicator showing operational status and offers flexible installation—on a desk or wall. It operates on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Zigbee 3.0 standards at temperatures ranging from -10 to 55°C.

Precise motion detection – ZP1 sensors

ZP1 motion sensors use infrared to detect human presence, working effectively even in complete darkness. The detection range is 8 m, and the viewing angle is 90°, allowing you to cover key areas of a room. Thanks to 360° adjustment and magnetic mounting, installation is quick and convenient. Low power consumption and a high-capacity CR123V battery ensure up to 2 years of operation under standard use. The sensor generates minimal data traffic, ensuring privacy and stable operation.

Door and Window Opening Monitoring – ZD1 Sensors

ZD1 sensors monitor the status of doors, windows, cabinets, or drawers, detecting when they are opened by the separation of a magnet from the sensor. The alarm is triggered at a separation of just 25 mm, allowing for a quick response to unauthorized access. The tamper-proof design and low-battery warnings enhance safety. The devices communicate over distances of up to 200 m and operate for up to 2 years on a single battery, reducing the need for maintenance.

Immediate response – ZR1 siren and convenient control – ZB1 remotes

The ZR1 alarm siren generates a sound of up to 100 dB, effectively deterring intruders and immediately alerting you to a threat. In addition to its alarm function, it also acts as a Zigbee signal booster, increasing the range and stability of communication by up to 50 m. It can be mounted on a wall or ceiling, and its functionality also includes visual alerts and notifications sent to the app. The ZB1 remotes, on the other hand, allow for quick system management without having to reach for your phone. They offer four operating modes: home arming, away arming, disarming, and SOS alarm. They support single-click, double-click, and long-press functions, allowing you to customize their operation to your needs. Thanks to low-power Zigbee technology, they operate for up to 2 years on a CR2450 battery, and their compact design allows for magnetic mounting or installation using 3M tape.

Smart Monitoring – Ranger 2C Camera

The 3 MP Ranger 2C camera works with sensors to create an advanced monitoring system. Upon detecting an event, it automatically turns toward the alarm and begins recording, while the tracking feature allows it to follow a moving object. Thanks to scene integration in the app, the camera becomes an active security element, providing visual confirmation of events.

Advanced automation and minimization of false alarms

The system utilizes multi-point correlations between sensors and the camera, enabling immediate response and intelligent operation. Triple verification—motion sensor, door sensor, and camera—significantly reduces the number of false alarms. The ability to schedule automatic arming and disarming eliminates the need for daily manual operation and enhances user convenience. All events are transmitted via the gateway to the Imou cloud and mobile app, so you receive immediate notifications of alarms. The system also allows for full management of functions, scene configuration, and remote control of the entire kit from anywhere.
