SmartWise's wireless wall switch uses Bluetooth (eWeLink-Remote) technology for remote control of compatible SmartWise devices, and is a useful accessory for latest generation of eWeLink devices, equipped with WiFi + Bluetooth chipset.
It can be used to control (turn on/off) eWeLink devices equipperd with eWeLink-Remote (Bluetooth) receiver.
The Bluetooth Low Energy-based eWeLink-Remote technology offers a much larger (two or three times bigger) range than the 433MHz RF technology, it can reach devices as far as 70-80 meters (in an outdoor environment).
The product is compatible with the following devices:
- SmartWise Mini BT 16A (WiFi+Bluetooth) relay,
- SmartWise 5V-32V AC/DC and 85V-230V AC (WiFi+Bluetooth) relays,
- SmartWise T6 Wi-Fi smart (WiFi+Bluetooth) wall switches,
- SmartWise B6 Wi-Fi smart (WiFi+Bluetooth) wall switches,
- BQ05 (R2) (WiFi+Bluetooth) smart irrigation valve,
- SmartWise WiFi+Bluetooth smart bulbs and LED lights
- and more to come.
Note: the wireless switch is NOT compatible with Sonoff devices featuring eWeLink-RemoteHUBfunction, so it is NOT compatible with Sonoff Mini R3 / R4, Basic R4, Dual R3 relays, M5 Matter wall switches and Sonoff smart bulbs with Bluetooth hub feature.
It can only be used as a directly paired Bluetooth remote controller for SmartWise devices with eWeLink-Remote (Bluetooth) receiver.
