C5-IP is a modern IP video intercom system by VidiLine with a built-in access control, alarm and SOS notification system. The features that distinguish our system are: no distance restrictions, versatility of applications, quick implementation and the possibility of integration with the IP CCTV system. A basic video intercom system consists of a few elements: an IP external panel, an IP touch monitor, a switch and a power supply. These devices are enough to build a video intercom system. Additional elements such as a guard station or a CCTV gateway are used to improve your security and make your video intercom system a safe investment.

Function - limiting the movement of people. It enables communication with the entrance to the premises. The panel is made of one block of aluminum. The built-in display simplifies navigation through the on-screen menu. The numeric keyboard is backlit and has a dedicated button for connecting to the porter. The panel is equipped with a relay input which, combined with a reed switch, allows you to check the position of the entrance door.

Starting the system comes down to connecting the equipment and assigning apartment numbers to the monitors. Knowledge of the IP protocol is not necessary because IP addresses in the video intercom network are assigned automatically. Our system is based on only one network cable. Image, sound, control and PoE (Power over Ethernet) are transmitted via one UTP cat. 5 cable. This solution guarantees quick implementation, simplifies installation and eliminates additional power sources for the entire system.

We like to feel comfortable and safe. Ubiquitous cameras are becoming the standard. Our video intercom allows integration with an IP monitoring system that works in accordance with the ONVIF protocol. Just connect the C5-IP system CCTV gateway to the monitoring system to be able to view the image from the cameras on the monitor.

That is why we have created video instructions that will allow you to familiarize yourself with our products and their configuration in an easy and friendly way. CZN (Property Management Center) is used to manage the C5-IP system. The program offers a very wide set of functions: from installation and startup of the system, through user management, to handling exceptional situations. It is possible to delegate permissions to people operating the applications, because not everyone should have access to security-related options, e.g. adding cards that open doors or deleting the event history.
