Dispatch time

In-stock products are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Made-to-order items, such as custom electrical panels, are produced within 10 to 15 working days. We confirm the expected date in your order confirmation.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Latvia and the European Union. Products are sent by insured carriers suited to the size and weight of the goods.

Installation

For customers in Latvia we offer professional installation and configuration of smart-home systems by our own specialists. Elsewhere we provide remote configuration support and documentation.

Packaging and documentation

Every product is checked before dispatch and supplied with the relevant documentation. Electrical panels are shipped with their declaration of conformity and test report.
