Zigbee Pro series has innovative, high quality products, supporting smart app control through Zigbee connection, local remote control with 2.4GHz RF remote controllers, and voice control by Alexa and Google Home (depending on the gateway).
They are compatible with all major Zigbee gateways and platforms: compatible with Sonoff ZBBridge and other eWeLink Zigbee gateways, work with Tuya/SmartLife Zigbee gateways, also compatible with SmartThings gateway, homee, ConBee II, Hubitat Elevation, Philips Hue gateway, Amazon Alexa devices with built-in Zigbee gateway, and also work with the Terncy (Apple Home compatible) gateway.
Also, the Pro products can be controlled with 2,4GHz remote controllers and wireless wall panels, so local remote control is also supported.
Zigbee Pro 5 in 1 LED Controller (Zigbee+RF) (GL-C-001P) is one the most advanced of Pro flagship products, which supports 5 working modes and can be practically installed for any of these use cases:
- inRGB+CCT and RGBCCT mode: supports RGB color lights + warm / cold white color lights;
- in RGBW mode: can control RGBW LED strips for RGB color lights + warm / cold white color lights;
- in RGB mode: can control RGB LED strips for color and white light;
- in CCT mode: can manage warm / cold white light and light intensity; or any dual-color LED strips; (max. 2 pcs. LED strips can be controlled)
- in Dimmer mode: can control light intensity (dimmer) for single-color LED strips, (max. 5 pcs. LED strips can be controlled)
You can chose the required mode of operation very easily by pushing OPT button on the device before pairing it with the Zigbee gateway.
Also, the DC power supply may have either DC 12V, or DC 24V, or DC 36V, or DC 48V or even DC 54V, so this 5-in-1 Zigbee Pro LED controller can be practically used to control LED strips with almost any voltage and any type.
As one of the most advanced product on the market, 5-in-1 Zigbee Pro LED controller also supports PWM (pulse-width modulation) frequency settings. It makes it possible to set a frequency to best match the power supply to avoid or reduce its noise, and also to set the frequency to avoid disturbing flickering of the LED light. You may use a physical button on the device to set 600 Hz -> 800 Hz -> 1000 Hz -> 2000 Hz -> 4000 Hz -> 8000 Hz. The standard setting is 1000 Hz.
Optionally, you may also set a default power-on mode on the device with the help of the physical button: after power-on the LED should be ON or should be OFF,
The controller is compatible with most ZigBee ZLL and ZigBee 3.0 gateways. It was tested with Philips Hue®, Osram Lighify®, Amazon Echo Plus, Sonoff eWeLink Zigbee gateways and Tuya Zigbee gateways.
