The MDT SCN-SAFE.01 is a KNX/EIB security module for DIN rail mounting that protects a KNX line against unauthorized access, blocking connection-oriented ETS access and making manipulation significantly harder both indoors and outdoors. The protection activates automatically after bus voltage recovery or reprogramming, can be temporarily released via a button on the device or a 14-byte key telegram, and monitors up to 100 KNX devices on the line with alarm events stored in an internal ring buffer.
