The Interra ITR820-0001 Concierge Server plays an important role in providing comfort and convenience in living spaces by adding a new dimension to residence and hotel services. It enables site management to run operations such as dues, announcements, invoices and messaging, as well as guest services like spa, taxi, valet and dry cleaning.

The device runs the Interra Concierge Server application on a Linux operating system, working from a 12V DC power supply and a network connection, with communication to flats handled over TCP/IP. An LED shows working status, a button provides restart/reboot commands, and the device is programmed through its web browser interface.
