Backbox for 10" Install Speaker

The Backbox is used when the Install Speaker 10 is installed in a suspended ceiling (e.g., acoustic ceiling, wooden ceiling). It seals the rear of the speaker airtight and creates the acoustic chamber for clear sound. Compatible with Install Speaker 10 Master (610152), Install Speaker 10 Client (610153) and Install Speaker 10 Passive (610148) Suitable for ceiling thicknesses and drywall panel thicknesses from 9 to 25 mm Low installation height of just 140 mm Installation instructions: The Backbox is delivered fully assembled. It is installed behind the ceiling and secured in place. Next, the cables are routed through the cable glands, unused openings are sealed with blind plugs, and the speaker is mounted inside the enclosure.
